I am Ece Akatlar, a holistic healing guide that addresses body, mind and spiritual health as a whole . I focus on helping individuals discover their potential and improving their quality of life through water therapy, yoga, Light Language, Shambala Reiki and universal ancient wisdom methods.

I know that it is very useful to pay attention to where and for what purpose we may have chosen this unique life of ours, as much as we are a part of this world. In this way, I discovered doors, perspectives and methods to begin to understand, see and listen deeply to what system our existence works with and to what it is subject to.

As I discovered myself, life began to bring me together with the times, places and people I needed to be. I saw and felt that every person I met took a step towards their own existence, past or dreams, and every step taken together reflected both you, me and the collective as Confidence in Life and Relaxation.
